Aromatherapy Massage

The Aromatherapy massage uses longer and slower strokes in combination with multi-nerve easing techniques to provide specific health benefits. While the massage is much less vigorous as compared to its Swedish counterparts, this does not mean it is not as beneficial in relaxing the muscles; it just follows a different way. This type of massage uses oils, the essential oils are proven to raise energy levels, improve blood circulation, and stimulate the mind and body, without the hazardous side effects of other stimulating substances. Some of the most well-known essential oils used to boost your energy instantly are cardamom, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, angelica, rosemary, and jasmine.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.

During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat.

Helps relieve muscle tension and pain, Reduces stress and anxiety, and Promotes sleep.

Indian head massage have a large number of benefits including...

  • Promoting hair growth by increasing oxygen in the hair follicles which stimulates growth and health.

  • Prevents headaches and migraines by releasing built-up tension in the head and neck area and relieving muscle stiffness and many more.

  • Renews and balances energy levels by working with the three higher chakras.

  • Relieves symptoms of depression and anxiety through relaxation.

And many more....

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. Unlike other massage techniques that focus on relaxation, deep tissue massage helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. But it can still help to you unwind mentally, too.

It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Swedish Body Massage

If you’re getting a massage from a masseur, you will get a massage on your body, usually from the top of your head and then to your toes. You will also be asked to be on a massage table, typically with relaxing music on the background and in a private area.

Typically, it lasts for about an hour or more, while partial massage can last up to thirty minutes for areas of the shoulders, neck, legs or back. For many people, they choose between one hour up to one and ½-hour session in order to feel the ultimate relaxation that they’re looking for.
